Joe has created some fabulous new dishes for our March menus
New starters include ‘Lobster Tea’ and pave of Yellow Fin tuna (featured below). For the mains we have lamb loin, infused with Douglas Fir and served with braised shoulder, pomme dauphine, sweetbread, carrot and morrells. And always popular is Joe’s amazing côte de boeuf, a permanent feature on our A la Carte
On our new Fixed Price, Classics Menu is available for lunch and dinner, Tuesday to Thursday. 2 courses for £16 and 3 for £20. New dishes for March include Scottish smoked salmon with horseradish cream, beetroot, capers & lemon and then for mains we have roast loin of pollock with lobster bisque risotto and tenderstem broccoli.
Finish with one of our delicious desserts such as our King’s Head take on the classic poached pear Belle-Helene with honeycomb, chocolate soil and candied walnuts or the seasonal, rhubarb slice with custard, poached rhubarb and rhubarb sorbet (see below)
